Returns

- Gift cards or downloadable products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is defective
Shipping fees paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
